Measurement Guide
Bust - Measure at the widest point of your bust, under both arms. Keep tape level with shoulders.
Natural Waist - Measure at the smallest part of your waist, add about 1cm for ease.
Hips - With feet together, measure around the largest point of your hips
Shipping within Australia
Please note that due to a high volume of orders travelling through the postal network at this time of year, that some delays are to be expected. Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of placing your order Monday to Thursday. Orders placed before 12pm on Friday will also be dispatched within 48 hours. All orders are subject to acceptance of the order and availability of the product. Our warehouse is based in Melbourne, Australia, so shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please note that all orders received after 12pm on a Friday and over the weekend are processed the following Monday.

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.
Orders placed Monday through Friday prior to 12pm will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. All orders are subject to acceptance of the order and availability of the product.
Orders placed after 12pm Friday, a public holiday or over the weekend will be shipped on the following business day.
To the extent permitted by law, Kachel is not liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond Kachel’s reasonable control, and Kachel shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.
